1.A vehicle tenant is person who has had a driving license valid in Poland for more than 1 year, valid ID or passport.

2.Condition of rental is payment of recognizance and charge for car rental according to valid  price list.

3.Payments for rental can be made by cash, money transfer or credit card. Recognizance can be paid by cash or credit card blockade.

4.Crossing  the borders of Poland without  permission of Speed Ltd.  is prohibited.

5.Rental extension for less than an hour is free. Over-limit of  more than one hour is counted as the next day of rental.  

6.Not informing the Speed Ltd. about the rental extension in two hours after the time of return will treated as a theft and the police will be informed.

7.Recognizance is refunded after return of an undamaged vehicle with all included documents and equipment at determined in agreement place and time.

8.Stated prices are net prices for one day of vehicle usage.

9.Full,   EU valid insurance (AC, act-only policy and unfortunate accidents consequences policy) is inclusive.

11. Filling in every gap and selecting date, time, car model, pick-up and return point in on-line form is recommended.

12. In certain cases, Speed Ltd. reserves possibility of car substitution (same car class) caused by random events (accident, another client’s rental extension). Price negotiations  will be taken under consideration while signing the contract.
